Common problems

Know what is wrong before you talk about the price

The network problems we are called for most, and how we handle them

No internet

Everything is offline

Line, modem, router and account checked in order, so you know whether it is the provider or your kit.

Wi-Fi drops

Connection keeps dropping

Channel congestion and interference measured, then the channel and placement changed.

Dead spots

Some rooms have no signal

Signal mapped room by room. APs added or moved where the walls actually block.

Slow but connected

Wi-Fi is connected but slow

Band, channel and link speed measured. Most slow Wi-Fi is a crowded channel, not the plan.

IP conflicts

Some devices cannot get online

Addressing and DHCP scope tidied so devices stop fighting over the same address.

Cable fault

One port dead or intermittent

The run is tested end to end and re-terminated. Most dead ports are a bad connector.

Unknown devices

Strange devices on the Wi-Fi

The device list is audited, unknown clients blocked, encryption and password strengthened.

VPN problems

Cannot reach the office from home

VPN, port mapping and firewall rules configured so remote access actually works.

We do not touch your data

We work on the connection, not your files. Passwords we are given stay with you.

90-day warranty

The same fault returning within 90 days is fixed free of charge.

FAQ

Questions we get asked most

01

Is there network repair near Xinhong?

Yes. Xinhong is one of the areas our engineers cover daily, so network repair there is routine for us. On-site diagnosis is free and the quote is itemised before anything is touched.

02

Can I book in English?

Yes. Phone, WeChat or WhatsApp, and we will arrange an English-speaking engineer where possible.

03

Do you charge to come out?

No. No call-out fee and the diagnosis is free. You pay only if you approve the work.

04

Do I need to buy a new router?

Usually not. Most slow Wi-Fi is placement or a crowded channel. We say so if new hardware is genuinely needed.

05

Can you set up a VPN to my office?

Yes, including port mapping and firewall rules, tested from outside before we leave.

06

Can you cover a whole villa or a two-floor office?

Yes. We map the signal and add APs with one SSID so you roam without dropping.

07

What warranty do you give?

90 days on the work. The same fault returning in that window is fixed free.
