Know what is wrong before you talk about the price

The CCTV faults we are called for most, and how we handle them

No picture

One or all cameras show no image

Power, PoE, cable and the camera itself are tested in order, so we replace the right thing.

No recording

Live view works but nothing is recorded

Disk health, recording schedule and channel settings come first. A failing disk is far more common than a dead NVR.

Blurry image

Fuzzy or washed-out picture

Lens cleaned and refocused; a water-fogged dome or a failing sensor is replaced.

Night vision dead

Black picture after dark

IR board and power are tested. Under-powered runs are the usual cause.

App offline

Cannot view the cameras on your phone

P2P, router and account are checked; port mapping and mobile setup done for you.

PTZ not moving

PTZ camera frozen or drifting

Control line, power and the motor unit are tested before any replacement.

Can I book in English?

Yes. Phone, WeChat or WhatsApp, and we will send an English-speaking engineer where possible.

Do you charge to come out?

No. No call-out fee, and the diagnosis is free. You pay only if you approve the repair.

Can you view my cameras for me?

We can, but only with your permission, and we hand control back to you when we finish.

Can you add cameras to my existing system?

Usually yes. We match the standard you already have and reuse cabling where it is sound.

Can I see my cameras from abroad?

Yes. We set up P2P or port mapping and configure the app on your phone.

What warranty do you give?

90 days on the repair. The same fault returning in that window is fixed free.
