Do you have English-speaking staff?

Yes. You can book in English by phone, WeChat or WhatsApp, and reports and invoices can be issued in English.

Is the on-site visit really free?

Yes. There is no call-out fee and the diagnosis is free. If you decide not to go ahead, you pay nothing.

How soon can someone come?

Usually the same day, and often within 30 minutes in the areas we cover. We confirm a time window before booking.

Which areas of Shanghai do you cover?

Repair work covers Hongqiao, Xinhong, Huacao, Huaxin, Jiangqiao and Xujing. Cabling, CCTV projects and IT outsourcing cover all 16 districts.

Do I have to replace the whole motherboard?

Usually not. We test down to circuit level and replace the failed component, which costs far less than a full board.
