Common problems

What these jobs usually need

The wireless problems we are called for most, and how we handle them

Dead spots

Rooms with no signal at all

Signal mapped room by room, then APs placed where the walls actually block.

Calls dropping

Wi-Fi calls cut out when moving

Roaming tuned with one SSID and proper handover, so you can walk and talk.

Slow but connected

Full bars but nothing loads

Channel congestion measured. Most slow Wi-Fi is a crowded channel, not the plan.

Warehouse scanners

Handhelds losing connection between aisles

Industrial APs surveyed for racking and ceiling height, then roaming tuned.

Guest access

Visitors on the same network as the office

A separate guest SSID, isolated, bandwidth-limited and access controlled.

Neighbours on the Wi-Fi

Unknown devices using your connection

Device list audited, unknown clients blocked and encryption strengthened.

Outdoor areas

Yard or terrace with no coverage

Weatherproof outdoor APs placed and cabled for the areas you actually use.

Too many APs

APs fighting each other

Channel plan and power levels set so the APs cooperate instead of interfering.

FAQ

Yes. Songjiang is one of the areas our engineers cover daily, so wireless coverage there is routine for us. On-site diagnosis is free and the quote is itemised before anything is touched.

02

Can the project be run in English?

Yes. An English-speaking project lead, with scope and handover documents available in English.

03

Yes. We survey and produce a heat map before recommending any APs.

04

How many APs will I need?

The survey tells us. We will not sell you more APs than the plan needs.

Yes, including high ceilings, metal racking and roaming handheld scanners.

Will the price change later?

No. Fixed once the scope is agreed. Anything you add is quoted first.

07

What warranty do you give?

One year on workmanship. Non-human faults inside that period are handled free.
