No power

Press the button, nothing happens

Power supply, board power stages, memory seating and the power-on circuit are checked in order, so we can tell power, board or OS apart.

Blue screen

Blue screen / freezing / random restarts

Memory test, drive check, driver repair and temperature check. We do not swap parts before we know which one failed.

Running slow

Sluggish / takes forever to boot

Drive health check and startup cleanup first, then RAM and SSD advice. Most machines do not need replacing.

Liquid spill

Water or coffee in the laptop
